I filed a claim that this company was scamming (?) me for sending me an item that I did not order. The next day I was notified that another company was sending me a free gift for a delay to me, of an item that I had ordered from them. I want to undo my bad report.

I received a package via USPS from them today that I did not order or know them. As I'm 84 and live in Villa Marin, a senior comm., it was delivered at the front desk. So I was unable to refuse the package. I tried to call the company that show as the sender but although I called two times I was unable to speak to anyone in English. They were Robo speakers, only. I 'm afraid that I am being scammed by them and am not sure what I should do now.. especially as I can see...this is not a normal situation.
