Company states: Consumer had the expectation that they would receive the refund right away. The refund has been sent and we can provide documentation that it has.
Company states: We refunded the consumer the day she came in about it. We are not liable for any purchases or overdrawn balances she has on her account.
Consumer states: The company has reached out to me and resolved all my issues. The case is resolved.
I am rejecting this response because:Due to I received a phone call after hours from the employee named [redacted] that works at Gems auto...
wash.We had a light conversation regarding that the conversation with Insight Republic was not trustworthy to him or myself and basically the third party conversations was not.accurate, when he spoke to a representative & dispute supervisor regarding the matter of hand.He mentioned that a refund was given fully on the 25th of March 2015 but for my self to only partially spend a small amount,I was told a Car wash or maybe a Wax!! I feel as a Consumer I offered to bring in bank statement and receipt regarding errors and my bank account getting overdrawn $30.66 because of Gems Carwash.I do not want anymore of there services I just want my full refund and any other charges that incurred for there mistakes an my account.I just want my refund and no more phone calls from that company refund.thanks
Review: started an membership for car detailing on feb 24,2015.A DECREPENCY WITH FALSE ADVERTISING OR COMPANY INFORMATION WAS TOLD TO ME ON ON FEB 24,2015. WITH THAT BEING SAID EXCESSIVE CHARGES OF $69.00 DOLLARS WAS TAKEN FROM MY CHECKING ACCT#ENDING IN [redacted],ONLY WHAT WAS AGREED UPON FROM THE EMPLOYEE OF $39.00 WAS SUPPOSE TO BE TAKEN.MARCH 24,2015 I WENT TO GEMS AUTO WASH AND DISPUTE THE CHARGES AND ASK TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATLY,I WAS GIVEN AN CANCELLED RECEIPT ON 3/24/2015 AND WAS TOLD REFUND WOULD RETURN WITHIN 24 HOURS. 3/25/2015 NO REFUND WAS ON CHECKING ACCT, SO I SPOKE TO A REPRESENATIVE FROM MY BANK INSIGHT REPUBLIC BANK OF CHICAGO AND WAS TOLD TO HOLD ON AND SHE SPOKE TO THE MANAGER [redacted] AND WAS TOLD TO ME THE AMOUNT OF $69.00 WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN 1 HOUR OF THE SAME DAY.REFUND WAS RECEIVED AND PURCHASED ITEMS TOTALING UP TO $27.60 TRIED TO PURCHASE A BEVERAGE AND WAS TO CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED,CALLED INSIGHT BANK AND WAS TOLD GEM'S AUTO WASH RE-TAKEN BACK FUNDS. AND MADE MY ACCOUNT NEGATIVE BALANCE.INSIGHT BANK AND MYSELF SPOKE TO THE MANAGER [redacted] OF GEMS AUTO WASH AND HE IS DISPUTING THAT A SECOND REFUND SHOULD BE GIVEN BASED ON PAPERWORK, PRINTED RECEIPTS FROM GEMS AUTO WASH AND BANK STATEMENTS.. SO I HAD TO REPORT A DISPUTE TO MY BANKDesired Settlement: JUST RETURN FUNDS TO MY ACCOUNT
