We strive to make sure all of our customers have a positive
experienceWhen she was checked out the technician informed her that her gift
certificate had been previously usedShe insisted that it was good and so the technician
thought that she had made an entry error and put the certificate aside, which
she forgotThe error was not caught until reports were run and the order
showed it was closed without paymentWe tried to contact the customer but as
we later found we had a wrong number for herAt this time her card was charged
to insure payment for servicesWhen she responded after her card was charged,
we gladly reversed the charges on her card and accepted a valid gift
certificate for paymentWe have never and will never charge a customer without
a valid reasonWe are sorry for the compounding errors that caused this situation and consider this matter resolved
