I had Gem Exteriors put on a new roof and gutters about years ago I had
my roof and gutter fall off from the first day it was installed I contacted the owner
and at first he would replace it at no charge As time past on he would charge
me for the poor workmanship he provided for me and now he isn't returning my
callsHe does not stand behind his work like he claims he does I would not
recommend himI hope you have better luck with Gem Exteriors than I did

I recently had Gem Exteriors do some siding and roof repair on my house. Every aspect of the job was courteous and professional. They showed up on time, finished the work within the quoted time frame, and cleaned up when they were done. I would work with them again.
Good service from the staff. The work they did was excellent. All the time the installers were here they would keep me informed of their time schedule and progress. I had them for two projects and I would hire them again.
