Took my son to W&M to get braces. Even though I had 2 insurances that paid, I had to sign up to get a monthly payment taken from my banking acct. Through my payments and the insurance payments my total bill for this service was paid and I had an overage. W&M called to say they had an $800 overage and they sent that check. I have another overage of over $600 that was to be refunded to me on Dec 20th. My three sons had cleanings and one had sealants [which are paid by insurance] on the 19th, and because now that I have a pre-insurance expense on my account, they will not release my money. I did not agree to this and the money they are holding is for payment that has been completed. They actually had a $300 credit on my account when I signed up for payments on my sons braces that I did not know about. I never received any statements that I had a credit on this account. I have called this office [Bridgeport] and was told they had to talk to the Corporate office. No call was return
