I would like to thank Customer Service for the fast work in handling the problem I had with a shipment and the fast credit back to my card I was greeted with a nice Customer Service Help Lady named Brit who gave me a RAN number and told me exactly what to do because a damaged box had never been delivered to me in this condition before, I have saw many mark downs I know my aging Father would have loved tonight like the blue sapphire but under the circumstances as my account is at right now I could not buy for him, it broke my heart..../A person wrote some bad remarks against my account and at the moment I have been stopped from buying and I do hope after I explained they were children that done this against me and made them send in a apologize letter you at GSN that they will review my account and reopen it, I have had so many OH where did you get such dark green jade bangle and it looks like its darking everyday I got it from Lapidary Ben and love it Due to my disability these children are very protective what and how people react to me as a Aunt I watch you most of the day and saw so much I could have bought it hurts so bad, I do hope there will be understanding

I have been calling their Customer Service Number: 888 391 2315, and nobody is calling me back for the since Monday, May 30, 2016. I left 3 or 4 messages already. I even called at their starting time, 9:00 am, and the answering machine says that their customer reps are currently busy assisting other callers and that my call is "very important" to them that they are going to call me back, just leave my message and number. Nobody did. This is getting annoying.
I have shopped GSN for a few years and not had a bad experience. Many thousands of dollars have been spent by me with them.
Anything I did not like, for whatever reason, was returned according to their policy and a refund received, less the shipping etc, right away.
