I purchased a necklace from Gem Stone KIng, Inc via of ***It was advertised as having a inch chain along with fresh pearls and other stonesThe chain is only inches longThey are allowing me to return the product if I am willing to pay for the S&HI don't think I should be responsible for the S&H since they did not meet their advertised product

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Gem Stone King. Customer service is terrible.
I purchased this item but When I get it, it was wrong and missing. Gem Stone King just send me one out of three. I have sent an email but Gem Stone King did not return back to my email ALMOST 30 DAYS(actually until I call them) and finally I called them They don't even know what they sent to customers and they don't check customer emails. IT WAS SUPER ANNOYING AND SUPER FRUSTRATING .

This company is a joke. I got a pair of man made sapphires that they tried to tell me were real. They sent out another pair and stone looked real. Come to find out it is not and not only that but the gold wasn't either. I had an allergic reaction and had to marking from the earring backing on my ear lobe for a day. Took them out 2 days ago and still itch. Too good to be true. They have authentication cards and they even look fake...lol. real upset that companies buy from these people and that consumers are being fooled. Please don't give gemstone king bussiness...I beg of you!!!
