In regards to complaint for tile work performed at [redacted] home back in October, for a total of $Invoiced, we dispute the following: [redacted] claim of our overcharging was completely incorrect I had given him an estimate for Tile installation, labor only He was supposed to supply the tile himself [redacted] hired me to do the work and it wasn't until after, that he asked me if I could please order and pick up the material I ordered the material through [redacted] my supply house in Cherry Hill because they stand by their quality products I then paid for it myself, picked up, delivered and installed in [redacted] home Invoice from [redacted] can be provided [redacted] was charged slightly over cost plus $delivery charge Apparently, he had gone to [redacted] and priced out tile there He also counted each individual tile we installed and then broke down cost per tile to come up with difference between [redacted] cost vs [redacted] [redacted] charges per tile, [redacted] charges per box Regarding his claims that we did not fix problem with wall tile: There was no problem with wall tile Plumber had not installed his diverter spacer correctly so we tiled around it because we did not know how big his diverter kit was Plumber should have easily snapped out the tile so he could install diverter He was actually called by [redacted] , the General contractor who we work with and also works with [redacted] , whose exact words to plumber was "Dude, seriously? You do this all day long....that's an easy fix!" to which Plumber replied to [redacted] "No problem!" He can attest to thatTo [redacted] complaint about trash, it is in our estimate and contract that we are not responsible for nor do we remove trash We normally will put curbside, however, in this situation since there are fines for placing trash curbside before trash day, we placed trash by backside of the home.As far as his claims regarding our not performing work on specific days, this claim is completely unsubstantiated This was a small tile job and was completed in days.It is unfortunate that [redacted] feels so strongly about these issues, however, I hope this clarifies what really happened

I am rejecting this response because:
1. In regard to cost and source of tile and grout, I dispute MrGasper's contentions about cost and where they were purchased. A couple of weeks prior to work being done, specifically on October and again on October 10, 2016, I sent emails asking MrGasper to pick up all tile and grout at *** in Rio Grande, which is about 20 minutes north of *** ***. On October 13, I received an email from MrGasper confirming he would do so; his email said "Ok, not a problem". However, when his workmen showed up several days later, they did not have either the tile or grout. They said they expected me to have them at the job site, and said they were unaware of my request to MrGasper. At that point, they agreed to go to *** in Rio Grande, about miles away, to purchase materials; they returned about an hour later with the materialsTherefore, MrGasper's assertions about both source and cost are simply not true.My estimate of the difference between actual cost ($260) and his charge ($500) is significant, and is my primary source of upsetMrGasper has also never given me an accounting of tile cost as I requested at least twice. The wall tile problem was eventually resolved by my plumber and is not a serious concern now, except that MrGasper twice said he would fix the problem, citing specific dates when he would be there; he never delivered on those commitments.3. The trash problem is also not a serious concern now since I eventually had to haul away the trash on my own. Again, my concern is that MrGasper misrepresented the truth, which is: 1) I never received a contract, only an estimate; and 2) MrGasper said via email dated 11/that he would take care of hauling away trash. Only after I complained to Revdex.com did he contact my contractor, Kelleher Brothers to address both this concern and the wall tile problem
