Review: GEMB Lending is reporting our RV loan as charged off on my credit report. I have not received any information that this loan was in default, and have been making my payments that have been received and cashed by GEMB Lending. I've called the phone number in my payment booklet numerous times daily at different times of the day. I always receive a recorded message that they are closed and I can leave a message. I have left a message, but have not received a return phone call.Desired Settlement: I would like for GEMB Lending to stop reporting this account as charged off and send the corrected information to the credit agencies.

Review: I have called numerous times to get a Release of Lien Letter from this company for a vehicle my deceased Father purchased. I have been trying to get this information for 6 weeks now. I was legally appointed as the Executrix of my Father's Estate. Every time I have contacted this organization, I have been given the "run-around" and no one can seem to tell me whether they have received the original court documentation and letter that I have faxed and mailed through the Postal System. No one even has the courtesy to provide an acknowledgement that they have received the documentation I have provided. I require this Release of Lien Letter so I can obtain a Title from the Department of Motor Vehicles and subsequently file an Inventory with the [redacted]. To date, I have not received any acknowledgement and when I request to speak to a supervisor, there is no one available. I know that my deceased Father did not owe any money on this vehicle and if he did, his estate would have received notices of failure to pay and the vehicle would have been confiscated. I find that this is a horrible way to conduct business and filing this complaint is a last resort before I submit a Congressional Inquiry.
