Golden Eagle Majestic ConstructionP.OBox 201Gamerco, NM 87317Phone ###-###-####Tuesday, December 12, [redacted] Dispute Resolution Specialist [redacted] ###-###-####Dear [redacted] :In response to the complaint ID of [redacted] .On 11/02/at 10:a.mI and another employee inspected the roof for possible water leaksWemanually checked all screws for tightness making sure washers were sealed properlyWe checked allrubber roof jacks around all vents making sure vents were sealed properlyAll roofing screws and ventswere still sealed properly not allowing water leaks to occurAt that point we were unable to determinewhere a leak was occurring from.On 12/04/at 9:a.mI and an employee inspected the interior of the house for signs of waterdamageThere were no water marks on ceiling indicating any signs of water leaksWe did notice themanufactures drywall joints showing every fton every joint in every roomWe pointed out the jointsto the customer’s son explaining what they were and why they are visibleThere is no indication ofwater damage due to an installation of a faulty roof.We have also checked the weather history on the day of customer’s claim of problem occurrence alsogoing back one week prior to the customer’s claimThe weather history shows there was noprecipitation the week of/week prior to customer’s claimThe weather history did show there was 0.03inches of precipitation on 7/07/but, that isn’t a substantial amount of rain to cause said water leak.Our company has tried contacting customer to address and resolve issues since last visit on 12/04/2017but, customer has failed to respond or communicate.Regards,Claude E [redacted] G.E.MConstruction Owner###-###-####
