I ordered a product more than two months ago and I haven't received a tracking number I've called several times to get informationI've emailed and left voicemails and no one has respondedI called one of the workers personal number to ask what was going onHe told me to stop calling and hung up on meI've sent text messages to him, and so has my boyfriendHe has cussed us out and made horrible remarksTheir are numerous messages of the horrible comments he has madeHe even told me he purposely put hour holds on my order whenever my boyfriend or I would call or get in touchVery very very rude and unprofessional!!! I ordered some shoes back in June 2016 and to this day (January 2017 ) I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED THEM. I called probably 15 times and whenever they do answer their computer is "down" or the "manager" is never there. The last time I spoked to them they were calling me a liar that I did received my shoes and that I was just lying when in reality I NEVER got my shoes. They said if I keep giving them "attitude" that they will hang up and they f[redacted] did. NEVER ORDER FROM GEMINI CLOTHING. THEY ARE FRAUD AND JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY. PLEASE TAKE THIS WEBSITE DOWN. I'm a college student and I could've used those $80 for my books. Smh

I placed an order with Exclusive Clothing 12th February 2016, I am yet to receive my order 2 months on. I have called multiple times and sent email, the website says my order was shipped 5th March 2016 still waiting for my order and spoke to an adviser 3rd week in March who advised my order takes about 3 weeks to deliver after shipment date due to customs for international orders. I have requested my order within 14 days or my money back as of my email sent 7th April 2016. I advised that failure to deliver my order within a reasonable time frame is a breach of contract and made time of the essence otherwise I would be forced to report them to Revdex.com and Federal Trade Commission. I did not receive a response to that email either. No product or refund poor service Ordered shoes on 7-30-16 $120 was taken out of my account on 8-3-16. As of 9-5-16 still have not received more net or shoes. Order still says being processed. Spoke with [redacted] a few times and said he was cancelling the order will have my money in 2-3 days always and still nothing. These were my daughters school shoes and she has nothing more than flats to wear to school.Desired SettlementI am seeking a refund and an apology for trying to take advantage of a minor. Business Response Refund was issued to customer. Customer contacted us requesting update on refund and we stated to customer refund was released on X-XX-XXXX day requested. Customer than stated she did not receive it so we requested from customer to provide us proof she had not received the funds from her statement. Customer than refused.

I ordered from the company and still have not received my products. Money was taken out of my bank account and they fail to respond to emails. SCAM!On February 24, 2016, I purchased a pair of Pink Uggs and Nike Roches for a total price of $140. The Order Number is [redacted] Two days later the money was taken out of my bank account. Weeks passed [redacted] I still didn't receive a confirmation email. I emailed the company twice on March 22 and 26th and did not receive any response and Instagram Direct Messaged the individual that works for the company(Instagram name: [redacted]) and his representer(Instagram name: [redacted].The representer responded with false dates of delivery and also started cursing at me for asking about my products. Messaged the girl again on April 4th, and no response. I was told for another individual that purchased shoes that this was a scammed and they lost money as well and report them to you all. I seen these two individuals out up another site that looks similar and the site is [redacted]. Hopefully you can stop them from scamming others with a new site.Desired SettlementSince the products have not or probably will not be delivered, I just would like to receive a refund of my $140.
