Gemini Contracting

Review: Contractor has breached the terms of the Contract, has misrepresented intentions to complete work, has damaged property in the course of work (not repaired), has improperly completed the work, has erroneously advised the Consumer Party as to certain legal requirements, has demanded payment in a time and manner which is not in accordance with the Contract, has intentionally delayed the completion of work which has caused the Consumer Party stress and financial loss. The legal action will seek to have the Contract officially terminated and will seek certain payments from the Contractor Party for uncompleted work, damages and financial loss. The Consumer Party will show that certain payments have been made to the Contractor Party as demanded in the Contract and that timely payments have been made without an appropriate accounting being supplied re: completions, time and materials used.Desired Settlement: Contract officially terminated and will seek certain payments from the Contractor Party for uncompleted work, damages and financial loss. Currently renting, awaiting completion of work to move in. Seeking financial reimbursement for rent, utilities, and repairs to home exterior caused by contractor. Monies paid were also part of the interior work to be done. Seeking portion of said monies to apply to another contractors work.
