Review: During the month of August 2014, I contacted Gemini Cut Glass by email and phone to inquire about buying replacement crystals for my chandelier. In response to their messages, I emailed pictures of my existing crystals for them to see if they could match. I then heard back by phone, at my home phone, from a young woman directing me to mail 2 crystals from my existing chandelier to [redacted], at his home address in [redacted] NJ. They wanted to see the existing crystals to make sure they would be shipping me proper replacements. On 8/25/14 I mailed to crystals to [redacted]. (I still have the postal receipt.) I heard nothing back. I began trying to contact them again on 9'24 by both email and phone. Heard nothing. I have called again on 9/29, 10/21 and also emailed again at least twice. (I have copies of emails.) I have heard nothing. The phone still is connected and there is a recording with [redacted]'s voice. My emails are not returned. At this point, I just want the two crystals I sent them back.Desired Settlement: Preferably, send me my own crystals back with new ones to match. At minimum, send me my two original crystals back.
