Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below At this time I'm declining the resolutionMrP [redacted] is not being honest about the events during or after his initial services callMrP [redacted] stated a flat rate of $an hour with a hour minimum; never did he disclose verbally or written any additional fees until after I questioned the amountMrP [redacted] left without any notice; leaving for over minutesOnly upon discovering his absence was I told he had to leave for another emergency somewhere else MrP [redacted] too gave the same explanation when I questioned why he left upon his return As I stated in my complaint his worker did not diagnose or fix the problemHe was only there waiting for MrP [redacted] returnOnly after his return I assume MrP [redacted] went into my garage crawl space I wasn't present to witness him do soMrP [redacted] was the only one to enter in the attic (not his employee)Neither went into the crawl space in the basement (just looked inside with a flashlight) MrP [redacted] was not referred to me because [redacted] had caused any damages or problemsMrP [redacted] asked a series of questions one being why a light fixture was inoperableThat's when he was told about [redacted] being at my home years prior for weatherization and upgrading my home to be energy efficientMrP [redacted] is stating he was only in my home for the problem in the basement with my lights This too is untrue In the beginning of his first response to my complaint he admits to the other outlets on different floors not workingAs a home owner I would not have requested just for half of an electrical problem to be fixed I know the seriousness and danger it could cause not having a problem correctedMrP [redacted] stated that I also had to leave and that's why he left the unsafe condition This statement too is untrue His employee had to pick up a child from daycare MrP [redacted] also stated I didn't have the money to pay for his services which is not correct He was going to charge me an additional percent surcharge to use my credit card I simply needed to send my daughter to the ATM to get the cash He stated he didn't have time to wait as he had to get his employee to his destination; in addition he reported he had another service callMrP [redacted] is aware that I expressed my concerns during and after the service call about his rate and work practiceOnly then did he disclose that he charged a “fix it rate” and these are MrP [redacted] wordsOn 10/24/I discovered the hanging wires and a conjunction box left exposed Tools were not only left in the children’s play area but also on top of toys (I have attached pictures)Only after I called him about the safety hazards did he returnThere are children in the home I'm responsible for including their safetyI would have never agreed to him leaving the area in that mannerFrom my understanding the diagnostic and correction of the problem could have been done in the two hour time frame, if MrP [redacted] had of been present the entire timeInitially I only requested a $back because of his absence and he did not disclose additional feesMy third call was not to do further business with MrP***I simply needed him to return and correct the problem with my dining room lights that he caused from the rerouting of the wiresMrP [redacted] himself had tested the lights during his diagnostic by turning them on and witnessing they were functioning properly He was aware this was not an additional service callHis refusal to return to my home or return my phone calls display his poor business practicesRegardless if he felt that I had offended him he still left my home in a unsafe condition that could have resulted in serious damageAs a consumer I paid the amount MrP [redacted] charge even though I didn't agree because I'm honestMrP [redacted] actions shows that once he has your money he allows his personal feelings too supersede his work practices and not warrant or guarantee his workI'm still requesting my money back plus the additional amount that I have had to pay out to have the problem corrected with my dining room lights Thank You [redacted] R [redacted]

My apologies I wasn't finish as I was saying we had agreed upon hour with a two hour minimum to find the problem , then there was cost associated with material and labor to fix the problemYes it's true I left because I had some stomach issues, and I had left my worker there to search for the problem until I returned mind you he is just as qualified and as I am and no one ever told her he wasn't she just assumedIts also true that we did leave some wires hanging because we were all had somewhere we had to be , even Ms***, so I had no problem going back to hang the wires the right way because that was my responsibility at no cost to the customerSo let's go back to when we first arrived and starting searching for the problem she was saying People working cooperatively came in was doing some work and messed up her electric, that's why we were referred to her, at this point I'm explaining what I'm doing and she goes and saying this all looks like a hustle to me at this point if she felt that way she should have stopped us thank us for coming and said she will find someone elseSo we're searching for the line where it's broken I'm climbing through attic's and looking in crawl spaces to find her isssueAt this point I just stopped and said we're not going to find it, so I'm just going to reroute it to another junction box so she can have electric in her basement where she initially called us forSo we did that and not only did we fix her issue in her basement it also fixed her issue in the living room as well as her bedroomNow it's time for payment she didn't have the money so I had to meet her later to get it, for one no other company will allow you to do such a thing so and when she gave me the money she told me she was a dollar short, so no she never paid in full the amount that was owedShe didn't complain until the next day when she had talk to someone else about the cost of the jobMy feelings on this if you can ask someone how much someone else's pricing is then you need to have gotten them to do the job instaed if meThis is my response to a customer who was not only ungrateful but looking for free work so needless to say I will not ever do business with her even after she called me about coming back to fix her dining room light because she was having problems with that, so how do you ask a company who you claimed ripped you off to come back and do more work? I added photos of some of the work I previously did for other customers

Only upon discovering his absence was I told he had to leave for another emergency somewhere else.  Mr. P[redacted] too gave the same explanation when I questioned why he left upon his return.  As I stated in my complaint his worker did not diagnose or fix the problem. He was only there waiting for Mr. P[redacted] return. Only after his return I assume Mr. P[redacted] went into my garage crawl space.  I wasn't present to witness him do so. Good afternoon, let me just start off by saying I did everything that was possible to make sure this customer had electric. When I arrived her basement, second floor, and bedroom was without electric, ne and my worker went from attic to attic trying to track the problem down, we already new upon...

initial checking that there was no electric coming from the main source. Just to go back for a second to the initial conversation about payment I did
