After investigation of the complaint, all maintenance requests that were turned into management were completed in a timely manner In regards to the dooran investigation was completed and it was discovered that the resident's (complainant) own girlfriend kicked in the door to gain entry into unit Replacement of the door was done Replacement costs with supplies and labor were close to $500.00, none of which were charged to the resident, [redacted] Per the Texas Apartment Association Lease contract, we have every right to charge Mr [redacted] for the damage, which we decided to waive under the circumstances All repairs are completed and we consider this case closed
