Review: After being shipped the incorrect product that I had ordered as a Christmas present in Dec, I contacted the company to resolve the issue. In the email I had sent, I had asked for a phone number and to be contacted by phone so that we could expedite the issue. Instead, I've received only emails in return. I was sent a return shipping label and was told that the proper item would be shipped out immediately. On January [redacted], 2016, I received an apology from Jennifer and was told that my replacement item would be shipped out by Jan ** and that I would receive a tracking number when it ships. I've received 2 more correspondences from a rep at Gemologica since then, the latest being February *, 2016, telling me it will be another couple of weeks. I have not received a response from that email to let me know what my options are at this point. My initial order was placed on December [redacted], 2015 and as of today, I have not received my item, nor have received a tracking number to let me know it has been shipped. They have told me that they have received the incorrect that I had shipped back to them.Desired Settlement: I'd like to be able to give my wife her Christmas present before St Patrick's Day and be compensated for the poor customer service and time.

It is our practice to correct every situation possible to our customer’s satisfaction. We do acknowledge a delay in reshipping out our customer's proper ring but have since replied to their email inquiry regarding the status of their order. In case our customer didn't receive our response on February [redacted] to their email dated February [redacted], we will go ahead and respond here again. We are expecting to receive back in stock the proper ring for their order the week of February [redacted], at which time we will promptly ship it out with express shipping to help make up for some lost time. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

the correspondence I have received to this point has been vague at best. Had I been aware of a 2 month lead time required by Gemologica, I would have searched and purchased elsewhere. An emailed response to tell me my order was being shipped in mid January was acceptable. A follow up on my part two weeks later to inquire and to be told only after inquiring that my order would be another few weeks isn't likely to be tolerated by many consumers. An apology for inconveniences along with some monetary compensation rather than just "lip service" would be appreciated.

To whom it may concern, This response is a followup to complaint #[redacted] It is our practice to correct every situation possible to our customer’s satisfaction. We do greatly apologize for the difficulty we experienced with getting this style by in stock. As we continue to experience a delay, I have gone ahead and issued a full refund in the amount of $236 to our customer's credit card used for the purchase. It typically takes 1-4 business days for this credit to appear on their CC account. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved although their deceptive product description which states that each piece is custom made was clarified by them stating in their response that they've "struggled to get this piece back in stock".

Review: The earring I ordered on their website were not as described or pictured. I wanted to return them for a refund as soon as they arrived.

Gemologica is not reachable so you can't return the items you purchase. The fact that they don't list a telephone number or email address on their website speaks volumes about how they operate.

I've now contacted them Three times via there online form but I haven't heard back from them. They specify that you have 15 days to contact them to get a return and that they will charge you 10% restocking fee and all shipping costs. This outrageous and I believe illegal as the merchandise is not what it appears to be, but that policy doesn't matter because you can't reach them to initiate a return.

Revdex.com - Please advise me on what I can do to get a refund from this company and to spread the word to other potential customers that they are unethical.Desired Settlement: Full refund

We have responded to this customer on 3 separate occasions through our website providing return instructions. We do suggest that the customer checks their spam folder in case our emails have been mistakenly ending up there. I believe this person is being dishonest. Why is there no telephone number available or email to set up a return. Revdex.com please look for yourself on their web site. The only reason they sent me the generic email policy email was because I complained to Revdex.com. They sent a misrepresented product and ignored their already difficult method of returns. Their site says product must be returned within 15 days (is that legal?) Anyway its past that now.

Is it legal for them to add 10% restocking charge and whatever shipping charges they claim they spent on a product thats sub-par?

Revdex.com please:

1) please look at their web site and see for yourself that they are impossible to contact. Check out their unethical return policy

2) please warn other customers so they don't get scammed

3) please find away for my to get my money refunded in it's entirety

This is a follow up to complaint [redacted].

As the product sent to [redacted] was exactly as described the return will be accepted according to our clearly stated return policy as found on our website here:

Even though this product was delivered to [redacted] well over a month ago we will make an exception and still accept the return in a last attempt to satisfactorily close this case. For items which are sent that are received as described we charge a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs if a customer wishes to return it. As such, if the customer ships this back within the next 5 business days we will issue a refund in the amount of $66.75.
