After review of the complaint in question and the customer’s account history, this is what was discovered The customer service rep that took the initial phone call on 1/6/15, for the defective item on order SC11030014, took action by requesting a credit be applied for both the item and the freight There are two credit memos showing that the credits have been applied back onto the customer’s credit card; invoice applied 1/5/and applied 1/20/That same customer service rep mistakenly made a replacement order for the customer at time thinking she wanted a replacement order, however this was not the case The customer called back on 1/and stated another order had been placed without consent and a charge of had been put on her credit card; this order was the one we placed by mistakeWe were able to intercept the package and credit the customer for the entire order, which has been applied on invoice in the amount of on 1/19/ We have verified with our credit department that all three credits have in fact been applied to the customers card We were able to make contact with the cusotmer and she was able to verify that all credits have been applied back to her credit card and there was nothing further that she needed

Have ordered from Gemplers for 12 years. Each year they become greedier so placed my last order today for items I need in our business. Signed up for their email 'deals and discounts' a year or so ago. I get false advertisements weekly with new com ons which never equate to savings. One of the coupons I asked about today is connected to THEIR EMAIL SIGNUP for their adds. When questioned about why it is not valid received a lecture on how not all coupons on the internet are valid. Duh. Will find a more honest source.

Horrible customer service You cannot speak to a person in Accounts Receivable You have to wait for them to call you back Meanwhile our account is on hold because they habitually do not send the invoices to the proper address on the purchase order I cannot find another supplier soon enough

I ordered a pair of rain pants for my husband size LHe has always been a size LWe received the pants and they probably should have been XXLThey were HUGE, and were tried on over jeansI called to do a simple exchange for small or mediumThey told me their policy was that not only would they not re-credit the over priced $** (freight/economy) shipping, but I was also responsible to pay for shipping to return the item AND pay for another $** for the exchanged pants to be shippedSo I would end up paying about $*** for ONE $** pair of pants, that THEY mislabeled the size IMONever again
