Gemrose Utility

Review: [redacted] replaced our entire sidewalk however, one suare was not installed level and water accumulates and sits for days and a second square cracked within weeks of completion. While he has acknowledged the problem and has confirmed he will replace the two squares, its been over a year and he has yet to show up to do so. He promises that he will be in our area 'soon' or 'next month' and will come over then and never does.Desired Settlement: we would like the job fixed or refunded our money to have alternate contractor repair such work.
