I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below In regards to my complaint on Gems Auto, ID number [redacted] All the issues they corrected where ones agreed to before picking up the car The issue of the catalytic converter was never corrected All the work that was done I never received any paperwork to All Gems did was reset light and send car back to me without correcting issue In regards it was prolonged until mileage was up Gems is unprofessional business and does not care about making things right I feel this should be fixed or they can take the car back and add to the rest of junk they are trying to sellAll paperwork should have been copied and given to me Also they shouldn't put off to an extended warranty to repair and make car correct This exhaust was and issue since day one and dealer thinks I should pay for there ignorance Regards, [redacted] ***

Bought the car used and engine lights still  on never fixed it and keeps putting off till times up and mileage Will not give me any paperwork to car with so called worked that was done Took car back times with same engine code and refuses to fix the repair Was stated that I have to pay for all repairs I feel all Gems Auto and Finance Company is doing is taking peoples money in not standing behind the sale

The consumer bought the car in February of 2016.  At time the time it passed NYS Inspection.  While the the car was still under warranty (60 days or 3,000 miles) we repaired the gas tank, a pressure censor, repaired the exhaust system and fixed a power steering leek.   These repairs...

would have around $1000.  The car is no longer under our warranty, but the consumer bought the 2 year extended warranty through the finance company.  He should contact the warranty company to see what is covered.
