Review: On 7/7/14, I placed order for ring with Joan W[redacted] of Gems By Gemini. She said ring would be in store in 1-2 weeks. On 7/21 I phoned for status. She said ring had been received & that she would call me "next week" for credit card info & to advise that ring was in mail. I called her many times after "next week", mostly getting full voice mail box, but always leaving my call back number. I finally reached her on 8/12 by using a different phone number. She indicated she would "mail it tomorrow" & call me for credit card info. Tomorrow has not yet arrived, though I have continued to follow up by email, with voice mail when available & always with my call back number. Her "service" is not congruent with her advertisements. I have invested several hundred dollars in the necklace for which I am seeking an additional gem. I would not want anyone else to go thru this frustration & waste of time. She is not her word. I would appreciate any help or advice you can give in this matter.Desired Settlement: Send the ring & complete this order!
