Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/05/20) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Preside Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @gemstoness.com I have no record of receiving a complaint from either this customer or the Revdex.com on May 5thI did receive an email from the customer on May 5th regarding the complaint of the drain and the strainer not fitting properlyMy sales manager replied to them with the part number for a drain strainer that works with our sink available at most big box retailer such as Lowes or Home DepotThe strainer the plumbers were trying to install was designed for stainless steel sinks which are much thinner and do not have enough thread length to properly fit our bowlThis is not the only issue they have with this bowlThe bowl is also nicked and scratched badly from abuseOn May 18th my sales manager and the customer came to the conclusion that our bowl was not a suitable application for the customers needs and agreed to refund the cost of the bowlWe are currently waiting for them to send us a copy of the receipt for the bowl so we can refund their money OFFER: Gemstone will refund in full the price the customer paid for the bowl as soon as we receive proof of the purchase price

They don't fix there product. Your warranty doesn't mean anything to them. I had a coupl of cracks in my counter top and they said it wasn't fault of there product. It was fault of the installer. The people who installed it was supposed to be gemstone certified to sell there product. When I contacted them it took several months for them to respond about what they were going to do. My countertop cost over $2000. It had a warranty and now I only have junk. Don't buy from this company they don't back there product.
