Very professional and knowledgable technicians, they really know automotive electrical troubleshooting and repair I have an old Dodge truck that was a fire hazard because of all the "repairs and addtions" made over the years, and they pruned off all the unused wiring (quite a box full) and made sure wiring and fuse sizes were correct for all my extra equipment They were very busy so you might have to wait a week or out to have your car worked on

I went to this business over a week ago regarding an issue with my window defroster. The man who waited on me showed absolutely no customer courtesy. As a matter of fact, he looked at me when I walked with a look that came out of the sixties during the height of racism against the[redacted]s. I am not[redacted] but I certainly felt his spite. He looked at my car and very arrogantly and hateful told me he would have to test it and it would run $40.00. I thanked him, he said nothing back and walked away. I returned today. By tis time I had pretty much done everything possible insofar as trouble shooting the problem. The panels were off, the wires were visible and I had a grounding tool to show them what I was talking about. I walked into the office; there were three men who all looked at me as though I was a criminal. The one that helped me the first time tried to listen in on what I was starting to tell the other worker. His looks were just as cold and hard as they were the first time. The second worker listened to me but I could tell he was hating every minute of it. I asked if he could take a look at what I was talking about. He said he could not and that I would have to take the vehicle in. I asked if someone would be able to take me to work (in my car of course) then take the car back to troubleshoot. He said, "No" because they had nobody to do that. I re-asked the question and said, "are you sure there would be nobody that could take me?" He said, "No," we have no one. He was very rude and not interested whatsoever in my business. I asked if there was another business that did this kind of work. He told me another place in the tone that he would much prefer I took my business elsewhere. By this time, I had had it with their service and attitude. I told the man that they were very difficult to work with and that I didn't know if I was being discriminated against for some reason. He said, "then take your business elsewhere." I replied that I would but that I would also report their behavior. I have not experiened ever, this crude and outright arrogant behavior before, but I recognize hate and spite when I see it.
