Gen-X Cleaner

Review: I recently brought two pairs of pants and a blanket to be dry cleaned here. I've lived in Anchorage for years and have generally brought my items to this dry cleaner and never had any problems before. I didn't expect there to be problems this time so I didn't inspect my items when I picked them up and I should have.

I have since noticed the blanket didn't even look like it was cleaned. When I got around to wearing my pants I noticed that one had what looked like a chemical stain on one of the pant legs. I just was about to put on the other pair of pants and noticed there is some sort of adhesive stain on the rear of the pants - quite conspicuous. These pants were expensive and relatively new banana republic pants and I know they didn't have these spots and stains on them before I took them in. It looks like both pairs of pants are now ruined.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of my dry cleaners charge of $38.90 and reimbursement for my pants $108 for a grand total of $146.90. The pants were originally $90 each but I believe I got 40% off - no longer have the receipt.
