Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I have spoken with *** *** on this matter every week for the past weeksEach week is a new dilemma with his logistics which delays my order. One week the shipping containers were damaged. Week after he changed shipping companies. The next week my order was found in Indiana and so on. The last I spoke with *** *** was on 11--and he said my order would deliver on Friday, 11-27-2015. My order has yet to arrive. I'm fed up with excuses and plan to take legal action to retrieve my money
