I am rejecting this response because:
They need
to reword their statement. GenCloud was given access to our Citibank
Credit card and authorized a onetime
payment of $for the month of October 2015, but we were billed payments
of for a total of $2914.65. We
never received any invoices alerting us of the extra payments. We came to an understanding that there was NO MALIC in their part, we
explained that Citi bank has credited us back the $(we were advised by
an representative of Citi Bank they were in the process of doing so), due to my
husband being covered by Citi Banks insurance on our credit cardWe were happy
with the outcome and that GenCloud met with us to discussion this situation. We agreed that due to family illness we did
not notice that our credit card was being billed $until we were alerted
by Citi bank and GenCloud wanting to renew their service with us. As per my conversation with the owner of
GenCloud (Christian) we agreed that we did not receive the invoices, he would
look into why we did not receive them, and that we would close this matter with
the Revdex.com of Las Cruces NM. Which we will
be happy to do so as soon as they reword their statement.

The issue has been resolvedThe opposing party should confirm the same conclusionAfter meeting in person we were able to come to an understanding as the customers were initially neglecting all payments that were processed due to a family crisis meaning the payments were in fact authorizedThis
issue has been resolved and when the facts were stated to the customers they umderstood fully that this has been a misunderstandingOnce again the issue has been resolved thanks
