Review: The physical address is for [redacted] I have called [redacted] several times, either the line is busy or it will not connect. I have sent 4 emails regarding a returned item, no response. I either wanted my money back or an exchanged item. I requested an exchange on the return form. I insured the package and had a tracking number put on it. It was delivered to the address they suggested on the return form. GENCO ATC [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like my $30.00 for the lipstick and they also charged a .24 cent fee for I am assuming it's an international fee but if the address it is coming from is in the USA why a fee? I have a bank statement plus my receipt from the post office if you need it.

The company sent me an email late yesterday evening. They said they

would credit my account $30.00 for the refund and it would take 3-5

business days.
