Review: On Oct 28, 2015, Sanofi issue a recall on one of their products Auvi-Q. As part of the recall, they told customers to buy replacement medicines from a competitors product and they would reimburse (https://www.[redacted]/licensing-announcement)https://www.[redacted]/recall-ret... I followed the processed and they issued a check with the wrong name on it. GENCO Pharmaceutical was hired by Sanofi to process these reimbursements. Because the check had the wrong name, I could not cash the check. I have been working with [redacted] at 414[redacted] x[redacted]9 for about two months to get replacement check with correct name. I have been told twice the check was in the next check run and it should be there. I have been told numerous times I would receive a call back and never received call backs. Latest info I am being told is mgmt is working on it. I can provide my RID#. I have been waiting since November to get reimbursed 1244.70 and getting the run around.Desired Settlement: I would like my 1244.79 check with the correct name on it.
