In direct response to the customer's statement: [redacted] came in at least hours after her purchase of an adult product and attempted to return it, stating that after opening the item she decided that she did not want the item Upon examining the item, the store manager (the only manager for this location is female) determined that the item had been used and per Temptations policy denied the return Our policy states clearly that we will exchange unwanted or defective items but we will not take back any adult items that have been opened and/or used It was at this point [redacted] claimed that the item had been opened before she purchased it We absolutely do NOT sell used items.On the rare occasion that we have a customer that is unhappy with our policies or procedures and the store manager is unable to resolve the matter, we offer customers a company grievance form This allows the customer to speak with a company supervisor regarding their specific complaint Unfortunately, this particular customer left abruptly during the conversation before the manager was able to offer this course of action.Regardless of the particulars of the circumstance of the attempted return, I contacted [redacted] myself on 1/7/ I agreed to make an exception and allow the return in exchange for store credit in the form of a gift certificate for amount that she paid for the unwanted item.If there are any further details that you would like, I am happy to oblige.Thank you, [redacted] ***Regional SupervisorTemptations
