Gene Burch Plumbing sent [redacted] to my home to do a full maintenance program of our furnaceHe was very professional and check everything and cleaned my furnace from all the dirt and dust that had accumulated Reset my thermostat controls and there was a small repair job he did as well We have used Burch plumbing for many years and we have always been happy with their work
Just had some heating ducts replaced and [redacted] did a great job! Also [redacted] was so great to come out at the last minute on a Friday afternoon to let me know and seal off the old ducts that were removedThe new ducts were not going to be installed until MondayI really appreciated his help and I was able to have heat for the weekend

The Burch Plumbing team comes annually to certify our backflow device for the MMWD and today they came to install an automatic shutoff device on our gas line to prevent gas flow in the event of an earthquakeThis is a very professional organization and the team members are very nice peopleIt has been a pleasure doing business with themThey're on time, efficient and competent

I was given an estimate for the work in writing. When I scheduled the work they showed up on time. It was a big job and they brought enough men to handle everything in one day. They were prompt, courteous, and polite. They were very clean and took excellent care of my floors. They cleaned up nicely, so I had nothing to do after they left. I will use them again. MM
I had a blocked sink disaster. [redacted]. and his helper came out quickly, were attentive and courteous, and went the extra mile. They both pulled on overalls and crawled under my home to identify the site of a leak and the extent of a blockage. They replaced a broken garbage disposal and snaked out my bathroom sink as well. I'm very impressed, and will call [redacted], and will request [redacted] for any future needs.
Service personnel showed up at promised time, provided needed service in a timely manner and was very helpful in telling me how to avoid future problems.
