We are attempting to resolve this issue for the homeownerWe attempted to set an appointment by calling the week of October 9thThe customer refused to make an appointment with our CSR, SylviaShe wanted to speak with the ownerWe would like to look at the contested work as well as the damaged
dishwasher in order to determine what an appropriate response should beWe emailed the customer requesting an appointment to look at the work on Monday, October 16thWe received no responseWe called again yesterday, October 19th and spoke with the customerShe stated she would need to give hours notice to her tenant - we are waiting to hear back from the customerWe indicated we would be willing to meet any time and do not need hours notice. We would like to view the work as well as inspect the dishwasher ourselves. Please see attached email from October 16, 2017, as well as the initial email communication from the customer and her email to us indicating the dishwasher was running fine
