[redacted] visited our Alderwood location 9/28/and received a Full Balayage and Kerastase Treatment with her regular colorist ***’s previous color with Oahn was 1/13/ [redacted] told her colorist that she had her hair colored Overseas and she was unhappy with the color Overseas they colored ***’s hair darker, back to her natural color and they used a different coloring technique than what Oahn has provided previously Oahn has always colored ***’s hair blonde, Oahn said they discussed that due to the current color on her hair ***’s hair will lift inconsistently, the color will not be the blonde she was used to, it will be more of a natural looking balayage not a blonde balayage Oahn told [redacted] that if the color lifted inconsistently that she would have to gloss it darker so that it would match (she was not sure if it would lift inconsistently) and that it would not be the color that she wanted in today’s visit The service provided was a corrective color as we were correcting the color [redacted] had while Overseas There is no guaranteed outcome with a corrective color Our level corrective color price starts at and up depending on the correction neededBecause [redacted] was Oahn’s regular client our colorist only charged her for a Full Balayage We do not offer complimentary redo’s or refunds on a corrective color service I absolutely understand how disappointed [redacted] is but unfortunately we did not provide the color service that [redacted] came in to have [redacted] Salons correct If [redacted] wants to come in for a consultation and have her color evaluated we are more than happy to set up this appointmentThis appointment would be made with the understanding that if the quality of work that Oahn provided is not the [redacted] quality of work it should have been then we can discuss a redo or refund If it is determined that the service Oahn provided was the quality service it should have been then a redo or refund will not be offered and any future services would be at ***’s expense Sincerely, Colleen S***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not want to return to the Gene Juarez for further servicesIf a gloss was required to get the color I wanted then that should have been done at time of serviceIf there wasn't enough time to complete the haircut then that should have been communicated and rescheduled instead of rushed and a poor job completedIf the senior stylists I saw were unable to achieve the results I conveyed then why would another senior stylist be able to give me improved resultsI would like a refund for the services provided which is $so I can go elsewhere to have the color and cut fixed Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I called [redacted] at the phone number we have on file and left a message and offered to redo the service complimentary and I asked if we could discuss what happenedI received no responseI called again and left a message as I can't issue a credit with out the full credit card number and no return call was made to my office at 425-748-The full balayage and olaplex was and the haircut was for a total of

I am rejecting this response because:When Colleen S*** emailed me requesting the after photos I immediately sent them to herEvery time she didIncluded are the dates that the emails were exchanged on and were never replied to from herI repeatedly sent her new emails asking for updates and was again asked for the after photos which I would send promptly after reading her reply emails and again were not responded to. I will not accept a gift card to those salons because I will not be returning to any of the locations in the future and less than half of the amount that was spent on the shoddy hair cut is not acceptableI was willing to work with the company, shown by the repeated emails I sent to them for any information, and I was ignoredDates emails were sent to Colleen with after photos attached: May 11, May 18, May 26, and June

I was working with *** * *** in hopes to resolve her dissatisfaction from her service with Traci on 5/6/I requested before and after pictures since she would not come into the salon to have someone evaluate her hairI received the before pictures and never received the after pictures

The information is trivial The trim was free because of Gene Juarez's participation with the United Way and homeless victims The price and quality of the chin/brow wax was poor, as described earlier Gene Juarez's shop in ***, was my first choice because of prior dealings with Century Link/United Way Nevertheless, this salon was unable and/or unwilling to handle a waappointments [without prior understandings].Sincerely,*** *** *** ***

The appointment 4/12/was ***'s 4th haircut appointment with Gene Juarez Salons at Northgate and her first color serviceBeing her first color service the colorist had no way of knowing that ***'s hair could need additional time to processThe placement of the balayage pieces match the pictures *** provided at her original appointment and again emailed in her complaint. A gloss/toner will easily rectify the colorAs a gesture of good faith we will refund for the haircut 75.00 and refund the cost of a gloss/toner 115.00 as a full balayage is not needed to give *** the color she is ultimately looking for. We would prefer to redo the services complimentary at the Northgate location with Colleen or Berlin as *** originally requested or redo complimentary in a different Gene Juarez Salon location with senior artistsShould *** decline this offer then please provide the current mailing address and a refund check for will be mailed from our Accounting Department within to daysSincerely, Colleen

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: during the past few months I have continued to have my hair done by a different stylist I was told by the store manager when I called her about the burn that occurred that I would be contacted by corporate I was never contacted by corporate By courtesy the store manager refunded the service that caused the burn To this day I still have not been contacted by corporate. Per the reply via manager from Gene JuarezWe the public 'expect' Gene Juarez to live up the nameObviously, with the lack of concern about the poor artisan-ship of Lauren; their tech, it confirms that Gene Juarez is no longer an established salon.
I will make sure to pass this news on to my friendsWhat a big disappointmentBut we will move on to bigger and better places now.

I am rejecting this response because: I do not want to return to the Gene Juarez for further services. If a gloss was required to get the color I wanted then that should have been done at time of service. If there wasn't enough time to complete the haircut then that should have been communicated and rescheduled instead of rushed and a poor job completed. If the senior stylists I saw were unable to achieve the results I conveyed then why would another senior stylist be able to give me improved results. I would like a refund for the services provided which is $308 so I can go elsewhere to have the color and cut fixed.

Client was in 1/18/2016 for a partial foil 108.00, she purchased an Orbie Airbrush Spray 29.00 plus 2.52 tax and 2.00 ESF charge. Her total was 141.52 and she paid 161.52 with her debit card and was given 20.00 cash back.

no return call was made to my office at 425-748-1462. The full balayage and olaplex was 181.00 and the haircut was 70.00 for a total of 251.00.

A color maintenance is not on our service list and is only offered to clients by their regular colorist and provided to clients by their regular colorists. A color maintenance is only for clients who have their color service and color maintenance on a consistent schedule with their regular...

colorist.  [redacted] had a base color 10/31/2015 with Chelsea. Then [redacted] had a base color 10/31/2016 with Camille and a maintenance color 4/24/2016 with Camille. 6 months later on 10/22/2016 [redacted] had a base color with Chelsea for 83.00. When booking [redacted] did ask the agent for a maintenance color with Camille but Camille was not in on the day she wanted to come in. The agent scheduled her appointment and in closing the agent confirmed [redacted] was scheduled with Chelsea on 10/22 for a base color and Agnes called it an "all over color". No price was quoted at the end of the call. The color service provided by Camille on 4/24/2016 did not qualify as a color maintenance service and on 4/24/2016 we did charge [redacted] the color maintenance price. our base color services start at 63.00 and go to 95.00 depending on the colorist that you see.  I am more than happy to offer 50% off the next color service and would recommend [redacted] ask for the price when booking all appointments. 4/16/2016 [redacted] had a Full Balayage and paid 200.00
