The dealer has failed to provide a *correct* Bill of Sale and Supplemental Assignment so that I may title, register, pay sales tax on, transfer license plates to, have undergo state inspection, and legally drive the car in ***, where I liveThe state of ** is unable to title, register, transfer license plates to, and calculate sales taxes due to the errors and discrepancies on the Bill of Sale and Supplemental Assignment provided by the dealershipThe dealer sells car and properly prepares these documents every week, but is unable to do so for my vehicle

Review: I recently needed my engine repaired, I took it into langan VW to get repaired. They said I need a new engine so I had them source an engine, they replaced it, costing me a hefty amount. After they did the repair, I noticed a huge power loss and took it back. They said the vacuum system had a leak. So they fixed it without charging me for the repair. After about a week after this repair I noticed white/blue smoke coming out the back of my car and a significant smell of burning oil. So I took it back to them and they told me that the breather system inst compatible with the engine they put into the car. They refused to fix it and it should have been covered by them, they put an engine in my car that isn't compatible with other components of the vehicle. This is the third time Ive used Langan and probably will not go back.

Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

I would like Langan to either replace the breather system in the car or replace the engine that is compatible with the rest of the components of the car. I don't want to have anymore problems with my car. They are a prestigious dealership, I used them to do the original work because of that reason, and unfortunately I am very disappointed with them.

The customer brought is car in due to an engine failure. It was determined at that time that the engine needed to be replaced. The customer elected to replace it with a used engine. He tried to find one himself and could not. He asked us to source it for him, which we did. The engine installed is the corect engine, but it came with a different breather system, so we transfered the system from the original motor. Some of the peices were broken and the customer was advised that a new system should be installed, and he declined. This is what is causing his oil consumption. We have contacted the customer and invited him back to recheck the parts necessary to make a repair. It is our hope that we may be able to come to an agreement at that time. The appointment is on 8/26/2013.

Review: I leased a [redacted] in June ,2013. Brand new. I shook hands in the parking lot with arrogant salesperson. "[redacted]" the hand shake was for a 36 month lease. It was a 100 degree day...we went inside and I just signed away, assuming that [redacted] Was honorable. Fast forward a few months ago. I went to look at my lease....that...yes I signed....not paying attention...trusting what I thought was a reputable dealership. I now find I have a 48 month lease. This car is the worst car that I have ever driven. It has had a recall..which I had fixed 4/28/2015. I cannot get out of this lease unless I pay 19,000 for a $23,000 vehicle. They are being uncooperative. The manager wouldn't even come out to talk to me. I drive this car on the highway to work. I feel as if this car cannot get out of its own way. They have improved this engine because of this problem. However, my model drags. I have the old engine...not the turbo powered [redacted] that is now even in their base model. They improved it because they knew of the problem. Yes...I signed the lease...yes I didn't think they would pull a fast one on me. They did.

Other than the Service Managers ( one who told me last year this was known with this vehicle) They are not business people who want to accommodate their customers. They will not acknowledge that this salesperson had a history of bad business. He is no longer with them.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to be able to get out of this lease. I will NEVER lease a car from [redacted] again. I now find they have a history of bad business. I have gotten in touch with their corporate office. No one will even listen to me. If I get killed in that car, they will listen because my family will sue the heck out of [redacted].....[redacted] in [redacted] representing them will wish they had listened to me.
