Hello,Thank you for your attention to this matter!Firstly, we reserve the right to cancel any order...especially when there's a pricing glitch We do not make it a habit to advertise our prices, this issue was a simple mistake...not an attempt to cheat our customers.This item was mistakenly listed at 94% off...which to anyone would be a fantastic deal...so of course, we had a few customers place orders for this item We cancelled all of the orders, emailed the customers to notify them, and allowed them to either pay the correct price for this item...or they could choose a different model Per our Terms & Conditions, we clearly state in section #8-that if there is a mistake with the price of any item, we can cancel the order.This scenario does not happen often, but when it does, we expect the customer to understand that while we give excellent deals on our products, we cannot give them away for almost free We have explained this policy to all our customers who placed an order for this incorrectly priced item This customer is no exception Since our website Terms & Conditions clearly states we can cancel any order due to this and other issues, we are not at fault for doing so.I am sorry that this occurred...as we would never wish for anyone to think ill of our company...but unfortunately, web-based stores do incur glitches from time to time.There is nothing more that can be done in this case The customer retains the right to place a new order at their convenience...if not, then that's their choice.Please let me know if there's anything more I can assist you with closing out this complaint.Kindly, [redacted]

Hello again,Please see the attached two images...The two images show a standard bracelet style measurement cone You will see we've rested the watch the customer purchased (noted by the tag attached to the watch) on this cone, and it reads this watch is 7.5inches This shows you that the watch we originally took the picture of which shows the back case, IS the watch the customer purchased Also, we've looked at all three sizes of watch and here are what the back case numbers show:Size = K–case back #kis 7.0Size =K5023420-case back #kis 7.5Size =K5022420-case back #kis 8.5You can see here that the case back numbers DO NOT match the model numbers preciselyThis is how CK marks their watches...we have nothing to do with this Please note, most brands have different numbers on the case backs...they do not, nor will they match most of the time.I hope this proves to you that we did send you the correct timepiece Again, we stand behind our products and guarantee that they are 100% authentic and brand new Rest assured that you received the correct watch! Hello,Thank you for your attention to this matter...Please see the details below:The customer communicated with us via Live Chat - and told us that he'd received the incorrect watchWe asked the standard questions regarding what was received and how the packaging looked, etcWe informed the
customer that since the shipping carrier was ***, he'd need to keep all packaging for inspection by ***Customer sent us images of the packaging, and we noticed the tape used was different then what we use - this usually means the package has been tampered withThe customer advises us that his kid must have put the different tape on the package, however; we must go through with the investigationIn order to complete this investigation, the customer must provide *** with the packaging...we're currently awaiting the customer to do soAny time a customer claims to have received a different item than purchased, we must file a claim...we understand that *** takes up to weeks to resolve a claim...and then after that, we can supply the customer with either a replacement order or a refund.Please note, that we did check our inventory levels for both these items, and all counts shown correct. We are not sure how this customer received the incorrect item.If the customer can remain patient for the time necessary for *** to resolve this matter...we're more than happy to send him a new watch or provide a refund for the purchase...either way.I've attached all communications relating to this case...as well as the images provided by the customer and our communications with our *** ***.In summation, we simply just need for the customer to provide the packaging for *** to inspect...and for them to finalize this claim...we can then move forward.Please let me know if you require any additional information...I'm happy to help resolve this matter.Kindly,*** ***

Hello,Thank you for your attention to this matter! Please see the attached photo...This is an image of the same item this customer purchased. The case back indicates the numbers "K50234.00" - this number is on ALL of the case backs of these models. Calvin Klein depicts the numbers
this way on all of their products.As we pointed out to this customer, the watch they purchased is correct...the case back numbers will NEVER match the item number...this is just how CK marks their products.We are very sorry for any confusion this has caused our customer...but stand behind the fact that the item we shipped to them is accurate and the correct item.Please let me know if you require any additional assistance...I'm happy to help.
