Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:being contacted after the fact isn't a fix to this situationA fix to this situation would be to take this lemon and write off the truckWitch isn't a option when speaking to the manager I expressed Interest in another truck no deal special offer was made not even a call back from a sales personAn apology doesn't fix a dollar truck that won't stay running longer then daysSorry doesn't cut it Sincerely, [redacted]

Service Manager contacted Mr*** and assured him that Genes' service department will continue to help him in anyway possible

Mr*** has been in for repairs a total of times since purchase1.) 11-24-PASS WINDOW FELL 2.) 12-03-INSTALL WINDOW REGULATOR AND MOTOR 3.) 11-28-16, Check engine light on, Catalytic converter replaced 4.) 1-7-- Mount and Balance tires 5.) 02-07-17, recall Sinspection, multiple
computer updates, and leaking rear hub seals 6.) 02-17-- Check engine light on - Nitrous Oxide Sensor replace 7.) 03-10-- check engine light ondown stream NOX sensor ordered8.) 03-10-check engine light on - down stream NOX sensor not inreordered parts 9.) 03-31-- Down stream NOX sensor replaced.Mr*** has experienced some of the more common issues that we see with the DEF system. We have been in communication with FCA regarding the DEF issues and we are working with them to find a resolution for not only Mr*** but all of our customers. It is true that during the winter months our work load increases and our appointment schedule is at times pushed out 3-weeks.We are more than happy to work with Mr*** in anyway possible in order to resolve his concerns
