I am rejecting this response because:I disagree with Center Management's complaint of the damaged blinds The closeout checklist that was provided states that (2) blinds were damaged However, in her statement it mentioned that (3) were damaged While I appreciate the pictures being provided, I do not believe that the bent blinds were anymore than wear and tear after years of living there I have attached years of inspection reports with nothing being noted about the blind damage.While I did indeed agree that the tub and oven could have been cleaned better, that was not included in my dispute I was charged $for "tub surroundings" which was where the mold was Unfortunately, pictures were not provided of the surroundings with the mold I have attached a work order where we had asked for the mold to be corrected Instead it was painted over and the mold soon returned.In closing, I'd like it to be known that this is not about the $that I am asking for I would simply like Center Management to realize that they cannot charge tenants for minor wear and tear over a year period I do believe that they were upset with me for complaining about the bat infestation problem and that this may be retaliation for repeated calls to remove bats (dead and alive) from my apartment.Thank you for your time

She Is correct the closeout does say two blinds were
damagedI mistakenly said three based off the picturesAfter speaking with
maintenance, it was places on sets of blinds however the amount charged
($30.00) was correctShe was also charged $for the tub surround which is
the walls of the shower, $for the tubs faucets, and $for the tub
As you can see in the pictures the blinds were damaged, the tub, faucet, and tub surround were not cleaned prior to
move out and well above what would be considered wear and tearAs I
stated before there was no sign of mold in the unit at move outAlso, there
was no charge to the tenant concerning moldWe enjoyed having you as a tenant the last five years and wish you nothing
but the best

The tenant final close-out was mailed to the tenant on January 11th, detailing why $was withheld from her $security depositWe withheld $for three damaged blinds and $for cleaning the tub, tub surround, tub faucet, and oven(Pictures Attached)Please note she signed
an inspection indicating these were acceptable at move inAs pictures clearly show the cleaning that was needed was well above what would be considered wear and tearOur cleaner spent two hours cleaning the oven and two hours cleaning the tub/faucetTypically, it takes minutes to clean all these itemsThere was no sign of mold in the unit at move outI spoke to the tenant on 1/18/and twice on 1/19/to explain these charges to herWhen speaking with her she agreed that the tub and oven could have been cleaned better
