Attention: Revdex.comRe: ID *** To whom it may concern,We received a complaint from rental agreement *** regarding us charging the customer for a missing front license plateThis vehicle is registered in the state of Maryland and is required to have a front and rear plate
on themWhen our vehicle was rented by this customer both license plates were on the vehicleThe customer states that there was another vehicle on our lot that did not have the front plate on itThat would be an accurate assessment because some of our vehicles are registered in other states where their law does not require them to have a front plateThe customer is also disputing the cost of a new plate of $plus the administration fee of $that we are chargingThe cost of replacing a new plate is $Maryland Vehicle Administration Fee, $On-line Fee and $Tag & Title Service FeeWe use a tag & title service in the state of Maryland to process all of our titles and registrations because our corporate office is located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.The customer was very upset when I spoke with him last week and even used harsh profanity at meI will be willing to waive the $administration fee as a customer service gesture.Thank you,Marc M***Pay less Car RentalOperations Manager

Good afternoon [redacted], I spoke with [redacted] in your department and he was very helpful.  This is regarding a Revdex.com complain for a Mr. [redacted].  I emailed you a copy of the signed rental agreement for Mr. [redacted].  On that signed rental agreement it states...

that the customer is responsible to do a walk-around and notify a Payless Agent if the vehicle has any damage.  The complaint states that there was nobody available for them to notify.  We have staff at our BWI location 24/7/365.  The customer did not notify us of any pre-existing damage.  I did however research the previous 10 rental’s before Mr. [redacted] to see if possible a customer may of documented this damage and we did not find anything that was documented.  We believe that Mr. [redacted] brushed up against a curb and caused the damage to the front bumper.  We will close out this claim to avoid any other disputes or stress onto Mr. [redacted] and keep a good grade with the Revdex.com  We value a strong customer service grade for our franchise..  Please call me back if you have any questions. Thank You
