Thank you for your feedback, I tried to explain to customer over the phone that we do not charge by time, we charge by the job, this is the way we work, we send the technician to determinate how difficult the job is and he is able to provide an
estimate for customer and once the customer approved the estimate we proceed to do the repair, we never perform a job without customer's authorization, now customer is asking how much we charge per hour, but we do not charge per time, in this particular case the estimate that was given to customer is this,

when the technician was picking the part up at the warehouse, the customer called us to ask for a discount and we give him a $dlls discount and he agreed to proceed with the repair for the second time, coming up with a total of $261.18, then, the next day when the repair was done customer called us to ask about the rate and I answered him that we do not charge by time we charge by the job and we sent the technician to determinate the price, but he did not accept my explanation as an answer, and then he called again on Saturday 12/12/and spoke with a manager agreeging that everything is okay
