Review: gave my car into the shop on 5/24/2013 and today is 6-6-2013. shop gave the car back yesterday (06-05-2013) saying the job was done. upon driving it I realized that no work was done to it. so I took the car back after about an hour and he told me the would be ready today 6-6-2013. when I called him this morning to get an update. the owner was being very rude and then when I said I want the car done today he got upset and said he will not work on my car. and said " "Take your [redacted] car of my lot" and hung up on the phone me. the the repair is covered under the warranty.Desired Settlement: I want an Apology and I want the work to be done ASAP so I can get my car back.

Review: On December 6, 2013, I took my car to your garage to have my transmission rebuilt. I picked up the car on December 13, 2013 with a broken driver side window and regulator as a result of negligence on your part. You replaced my window, but not the $30.00 for tint that you agree to pay nor did you pay for regulator. Six months later my transmission broke. I called you on June 2, 2014, no answer, called on June 3 and spoke with John, who said to bring the car in on June 7 along with receipt. I was without my vehicle for seven weeks. On June 16 I called no answer, called again on June 17 and you stated for whatever reason my transmission was leaking and losing power, so you order a remanufactured one and it would take a week to deliver & install. On June 25 you left a voicemail stating my transfer case which you also replaced back in December was warping the transmission, so you had to order a remanufactured unit and that would take another week to deliver & install. 7/31/14 my car was finally ready for pick up; however when I picked up my vehicle is did not want to reverse, it grinds and there’s a knocking noise on the driver side whenever I turn the wheels. I called you the same day voicing my concerns and you stated that the car was doing the same thing when you took it to the dealer and advise me to unplug the battery and plug it back to clear the flash that was done to the transmission, which we did and it did NOT work. I called you back a few times after that and I have yet to hear from you. I took my car to a couple of auto shops and had my vehicle checked out and each mechanic stated it’s an Internal Transmission problem.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the full amount I paid plus estimate cost. Total amount $1,581.00.
