If I could give zero/negative stars I wouldThis place has essentially stolen from my companyWe ordered ounce bottles and only received When we called to let them know of the discrepancy, they offered ZERO recourse for their mistakeThey shipped the bottles to the wrong address, as well as had to refund us for bottles we paid for that they didn't have in stockJeff, who I assume to be the manager, blamed every other company under the sun (to include the shipping courier), for the bottles not arrivingJeff doesn't know how to handle customers, and surely needs to learn to take ownership for the mistakes in his shipping and receiving departmentHe stated the owner would get back to us to help us with a solution, and he still hasn't reached out weeks later to offer any assistanceThis is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever encounteredNow my company is essentially out of money and bottlesBuyers beware

When we called to let them know of the discrepancy, they offered ZERO recourse for their mistake. They shipped the 180 bottles to the wrong address, as well as had to refund us for bottles we paid for that they didn't have in stock. Jeff, who I assume to be the manager, blamed every other company under the sun (to include the shipping courier), for the bottles not arriving. Jeff doesn't know how to handle customers, and surely needs to learn to take ownership for the mistakes in his shipping and receiving department. He stated the owner would get back to us to help us with a solution, and he still hasn't reached out 2 weeks later to offer any assistance.
