We have worked very hard to satisfy this customer and have met all requirements and promises that were madeThe only issue outstanding is installing a new sun visor for herThe visor is on national back order and she will be notified when it arrives in our parts departmentUnfortunately we will no longer welcome this customer to our dealership, due to the fact that the last time she was here returning our car we had loaned her as a "courtesy" while we were meeting her other demands, she attempted to steal the floor mats from OUR car! In years in business we have never experienced any thing like that! The incorrect information was entered PRIOR to Basil Resale Center's purchasing the car originallyA reminder: The customer does not OWN the car! They LEASE the car from us, The owner of the car is Basil Resale (Basil Lease Corp)They are required to turn the car back into us at the lease termination or pay the buyout and own the vehicle! All allegations are false. [redacted] signed my Estate Sale Agreement, which states clearly that all leftover items are to remain with the owner. I had two people at the sale on Friday and three on Saturday, which is adequate for a small one story home. People were not walking out without paying. [redacted]...

signed my Settlement Sheet when I paid him the next day and did not complain. There was a Company there when we left that paid him $100.00 for all sellable items and the rest was trash. I did not charge him commission for the buyout.
