Review: I paid for a ticket from Charlotte to new York on Friday 08/** 2015 .I got on the bus at 9:50pm . Around 1:20 am the bus driver was asked to turn down the A/c he responded rudely and I told him as such his partner then got off the bus and got a Durham police to remove me from ny paid seat off the bus without my money or another bus for me to get on. The bus driver stated him or his company won't refund my money. I called several of the numbers I was told was cooperate they either never answered or was very rude. I paid fourty bucks for a ticket and never reached my destination I deserve a full refund. I have also decided to file a civil suite against this company.Desired Settlement: They should refund my money. I paid for my ticket got on and no physical contact happend between me or the bus driver he didn't like being told he was rude in no way does that give him the right to take my money.
