Review: General Capital Corporation (GCC) [redacted] took $375,000 from me he said the money would be used to secure a bank instrument that will be used as a collateral against the loan of $50 million. He said that in the event a loan can not be secured he will refund the money back to me. He said I should expect the first batch of the loan in 45 days after receiving my money and the second batch $25 million will follow 45 days later. After 60 days of not receiving the loan he promised, I asked for my money back that is when he stopped all kind of communication with me. He gave me a receipt and also a term sheet that confirmed return of my money if he can not secure the loan for me. It is been 90 days now that he has taken my money and the last time he talked to me was 45 days ago.Desired Settlement: I will like my money to be return to me since he has failed to deliver the loan he promised.

Review: We have been waiting for over 2.5years for repayment from [redacted] and General Capital Corporation. As you can see in the attached emails there is no denial of the monies owed of $100,000 to [redacted] and Company with the care of [redacted]. I have continued to be patient over the last couple of years and offered to even commit $30,000 of money to help him close a deal that would repay the $100,000. However we were not able to authenticate documents we were sent to verify. These documents as you will see attached bear the name of the Secretary of Treasury USA, as well as banking letter our the U.S government accepted.Desired Settlement: We expect General Capital to pay the money and also to stop providing false lead and claims and back informations.
