I am writing as a follow-up to our conversation on Friday, August 1, 2014 regarding complaint # [redacted].  I have found that the woman that you spoke with originally regarding this complaint was [redacted] in our Credit Department.  Below is a summary of the information that she gave me regarding this product:
 
1.       This lighter has not been distributed by General Cigar Company for 4 years.
2.       This lighter is distributed exclusively by [redacted]
a.       “[redacted] is the exclusive U. S. marketer and distributor of [redacted] cigars, [redacted] cigars, and [redacted] lighters.”

Furthermore, the complaint is also against [redacted] (French Made Lighters) whose warranty states "4000 Lights Guaranteed" or replacement/money back.  [redacted] has also clearly violated their Warranty and [redacted] also therefore has no Ethics as they too lie and cheat customers.

Ok thanks.  Yes, it's a shame General Cigar Company kept ignoring me then you a Revdex.com.  I have e-mailed [redacted] about the [redacted] Lighters.  They state they are going to replace them.

Review: Bought 4 [redacted] 3-Tank Lighters filled with 3 tanks fluid. They say Gauranteed 4000 lights.The flints don't work.I sent 6 e-mails (3 to General Cigar the distributor; and 3 to [redacted] themselves).I requested a mailer to mail them back for replacement. I have been ignored.I tried to upload the 100% Guarantee of [redacted] on their website but the Revdex.com Site would not permit the upload.
