I am rejecting this response because:I have been contacting Perfection Roofing since December up until December of numerous times via email and phone / voicemail explaining the situation without a single response everHow can MrWinter now state all by sudden that he / the company was not aware of this(?)! Furthermore there is absolutely no need anymore for him to send someone out now over a year later since I had to have the leak fix by someone else in the meantime A leaking roof is not something that can be put on hold for over a year due to a no reply from the company that was originally asked to do the repair work It is also very obscure to me why all by sudden now a year later I do get a reply only after involving Revdex.com to assist I am copying my last note to his company below and am happy to provide a track record of all the emails and calls sent to him

In response to the complaint regarding Mrs. [redacted], We are getting someone to go out and recheck the chimney, since that is where the leak was coming from. We will also take pictures of the chimney once fixed as she asked. However we were not aware of the leak until she filed the complaint on...
