we will be submitting the necessary form to remove the inquiryWe will advise *** *** upon the completion of this processThe confusion in this particular situation derived from having more than one sales consultant available in our officeWhile one of our sales people was taking the application from Ms***, we had another salesperson working on selling the same vehicleMs***'s credit was not sent anywhere to secure financing as the truck ended up getting a deposit soon after her application was takenwe apologize for confusion and will do our best to resolve the issue.?
