I bought this house and the workmanship is absolutely unrealHoles under cabinets, flooring holes and gaps, deck water deterating stonesTerribleCentral vac not right Electrical got issuesWater in crawl spaceTrim cut short from floor Spiders and cob webs all over because holes hidden behind cabinetsHe told me that a person not qualified did a lot of work here and I can surely tell it Went though before I bought it and out blue tape on stuff but was never fixed The driveway was suppose to be stoned in and its a mud hole in the middle For the monies I paid not worth it I have had someone come out to tell me what to it would cost to take care of the deck water problem and I was quoted I have had at least different companies tell me the land scaping is very wrong all the water runs to my house not away from it
