June 12, we signed paperwork and gave them a large check They cashed the check before doing any work We had to call them to see what was going on with our pool They finally sent someone out to layout the pool (mark the ground) Then nothing for over a week We called again Given some excuse after excuse We told them we could just get our money back since they haven't done anything Amazingly enough they finally broke ground the second week of August Two months later!! Then nothing done until we call again but they want more money Aug19,they came out and worked on some plumbing Call again and call again; they say they will be out then August 29, 2015, they did some dirt work Said they would be back Monday September 10, 2015, after of calling them, they came out do do dirt work that could have been done August Call them again, to see where they are They came out September 10, to some work and have not been back We have called Jim several times and when we do talk to him he says he doesn't know what the workers are doing either Still waiting for Jim to call us back once again It is horrible that you have to hound a business to what they said they would do and what you have paid them to do

I seem to have the same problem with Aloha Pools we put down our deposit on July 8th and was told it would be weeks since we were # on the list, but if they had not started in weeks they would refund my depositit should take weeks to complete my poolthey came out and dug the pool on Septhte next time we saw them was on Sept when they installed the walls now it is Oct and we are waiting to have the dirt backfilled I have tried to talk to Don but he won't answer but I have taklked to Scott and he assures me I am still in the same line I started in.they have worked 1/days on my pool since 9-the weather has been great this year, but the only reason they can come up with is scheduling

I purchased a brand new GE side by side refrigerator about months agoThe compressor recently broke while I was out of town one weekendSo all my food inside was spoiled, and all the ice in the ice maker melted and leaked outThis caused damage to my flooring as wellI spoke with a customer service agent with GE and of course there is only a one year warranty on all their products and they could do nothing for me since it broke at monthsSo now I lost $on a faulty appliance that should have lasted at least years, along with several hundred dollars to replace my food and another several hundred to replace the damaged flooringI have to buy a new fridge now, since I hired a repairman to fix it, but it was deemed unrepairable

I always like reading reviews on companies and products to see if the product is bad or the company selling the product is bad or both. While I have read the negative reviews about Aloha Pools the bottom line is, was the product worth the wait or delays and I would say, YES. I believe that Aloha Pools builds one of the best if not the best pools in Arkansas. I worked in construction before and it could be a scheduling nightmare to be exact on time. Jim you may have not been on time with my pool every time but the product you deliver out weighs the time schedule. Thanks
