Equipment Sales Invoice for proper documentation. This machine was years old when Mr*** purchased it. As for the cut and paste comments referring to standing behind the equipment, this is something that we have always done voluntarily for customers, if something goes wrong, we voluntarily participate where we can if the complaint is legitimate, as we have done with Mr***2. All crushers, new or used, have issues, it is nearly impossible to experience a startup/commissioning where everything goes as planned, in particular when the machine travelled over miles to arrive onsiteWe acknowledge there were issues when the machine was started after delivery to their jobsite. However, as is customary for our company, we provided a service technician to provide onsite support to ** ***, to which the customer acknowledges this, where we addressed each issueWe paid for 50% of the freight to deliver the machine, and provided startup and training services at no charge to J & J. 3. No complaints have been received at General Equipment regarding catwalks or railings from this customer. We feel that these items are way outside the scope of any assistance, as many times, with improper blocking and support of the equipment, excessive vibration often causes cracking. This falls into day to day maintenance. We are not making a statement that this is what happened, but merely sharing there is usually more to the story. 4. His statement of low production is possible, however, there are no specifics provided. Production and downtime are subject to failure of any one component of a system. Other components on their crushing spread system, items not provided by GES, items that are not related to this particular machine, ie loaders, conveyors, generators, personnel issues, maintenance practices etc, are items we have no control over and cannot be held responsible for. There have been no facts provided by Mr ***, we will respond by stating there have been no complaints received here at GES by Micah or myself, regarding low production from J & J, until this complaint5. The lube pump motor and pump and freight have been reimbursed to * * * ***, as of 1-25-2018. They may not have received the check from us yet at time of their complaint. They need to rescind this statement6. Again, General Equipment represented the equipment as USED, as shown in the provided documentation. The major components: cone and screen have been reconditioned by GES We can provide work order documentation to the tune of $150,to prove this if needed. Other items listed in the complaint list were not represented as new or like new as Mr*** states This machine is years old, it is USED equipment7. We are sorry * * * *** feels the way they do. We provided service upon startup, we’ve addressed issues that have been brought to our attentionWe have followed up with emails, phone calls, and support. Mr*** has been very difficult to reach in the past year when we’ve tried to reach out to him to follow up, Denise is our only point of contact We have followed our core values as a company to do the right thing and if Mr*** will no longer do business with us, we respect and accept his decision.
