I have been renting for years and this is the worst property management company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with They lure you into applying for properties, claiming they are "first come, first serve." Yet, they accepted applications for the property I was tricked into applying for Even when you submit everything they ask for, they increase their demands and expect adherence instantaneously I wasn't even given two days to obtain the additional income and employment verification they demanded I was denied within hours of applying and was not refunded my application fee, despite the fact that the process was unfair, opaque, and I was treated with disrespect The operations manager actually hung up on me Please do yourself a favor and rent from someone else, anyone else
