In response to the Revdex.com complaint filed by Mrand MrsGary Kawamura.Panda [redacted] and it's owners and represe***tives have expressed our deepest sympathies to them and thier family membersWe are truly sorry that your son suffered a medical emergency and passed away on the trip to Japan.Every emergency is different so it is difficult to create specific policies and guidelines for all emergency situationsAssessments are made of the situation and actions are taken accordingly.Both Panda [redacted] and [redacted] (Japan Tour Vendor) both have [redacted] Action Plans and are used as guidelines, procedures are not chiseled in stone but is created to be flexible for any situationOur licensed local guide; [redacted] and Panda represe***tive are aware of the guidelines and decisions for the scope of service and actions are discussed with Management from both companiesWhile it may seem to the Kawamura's that they were "literally" abanddoned, we feel this is not true.We learn from every situation or incident and changes are made or amended to address new issues.Panda [redacted] has been in business for years and has provided excellent service to thousands of customersIts policies have stood the test of time because Panda [redacted] , it's agents and representatives care about their customersPanda [redacted] has a large customer base of loyal clients because Panda [redacted] has been prompt and efficient in providing excellent service and responding to clients concerns
